Exciting. Exhilarating. Absolutely THRILLING! Not because I have to. Not because I'm being paid to do it. What's my aim in taking pictures? Being different. I admire those with variety. Those who aren't afraid to try something new. Those who are able to FIND something new. Someone who can go out and expand their comfort zone with the untested. Someone who thinks outside their box. My repetition? My dog. I love her to death. Honestly. My photos only tend to have one model though. I understand how all the pictures can start to look the same. With this want to discover... Photography is my never ending addiction. How? Because one can never possibly photograph everything in life. This keeps me ticking. I've always been kept inside the boundary of my own home and places I regularly visit with the same people. Being in a new area. Trying new techniques. Meeting new people. New environments. New lightings. New angles. New-ness. Capturing a "type" of photo I've never been able to capture before. This is my ultimate goal! To want to find more pictures like these. It's like I have an internal stamp book. A stamp book that's no where near being completely collected. During my lifetime. I have these types of photos I would like to be able to capture with my own camera. Call them my own. Who's been to a desert? Scuba dived with wild marine animals? Been at war? Gone to the slums of India? Witnessed substance abuse? Murder? ........ This is why I decided to make this DeviantArt account. I'll be submitting at least one new artwork every week. Whether it be a doodle or a piece I've been working on for weeks. I'll still post work actively. You can call this page.... My internal stamp book memory drive. Watch me grow.
